Coyote Creek Pastured Poultry Farm Tour
2/23/2021 - Tuesday - 5:30 to 6:30 PM CST
When Jeremiah Cunningham founded Coyote Creek Organic Farm in 1997 his goal was to improve the soil, grow lush, natural pasture grasses, and raise cows for beef and chickens for eggs. This session will take a look at the organic pastured poultry operation at Coyote Creek that supplies Jeremiah Cunningham's World's Best Eggs. |

Rob Cunningham lives in the middle of 22,000 organic, pasture-raised laying hens at Coyote Creek Organic Farm with his wife Amy and their two sons. The farm, located near Elgin, just east of Austin, has its own USDA certified organic feed mill which was the first organic feed mill in Texas open to the public. In addition to their organic and Non-GMO Project Verified pasture-raised eggs, Rob and Amy raise grassfed beef and lamb for sale direct from the farm. Coyote Creek began producing pasture-raised eggs in 2005 with 5,000 layers, increasing that number by more than four-fold in the ensuing 14 years. |
